Appointment Policy

Appointments can be made by calling 684-7300. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule another animal who may need medical attention.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Please inform our staff before entering waiting room with animals showing signs of upper respiratory infections or coughing dogs.
